Who's Going

A deposit of £5 per person is required to the session. You may wish to collect a £5 deposit from all those wanting to participate rather than paying the whole deposit yourself.

Pay Deposit

You can pay your deposit and book over the phone with a debit card OR to pay your deposit by post, fill in the booking form (following shortly), print out and post it along with the total deposit cheque(s) or postal order to the address on the form.

We only accept postal deposits 2 weeks prior to the event

Last minute participants

Last minute extra participants need to pay the full fee on the day.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot guarantee we will have places left for additional participants who turn up on the day, especially during the busy periods (weekends & holidays).

Any junior players

Parents are required to countersign the entry form on the day for juniors aged 5-15 years old. If you are not bringing them to the site yourself (i.e. parties, youth groups and school trips), you can print out the entry form, sign it and send it with your child on the day.  If they forget to bring the form with them and another responsible adult is unable to sign on the day – the child will not be able to play!  Printable entry form (following shortly)

Before you travel

Make sure you plan your journey and leave plenty of time to travel. You should aim to arrive 15 minutes before your session starts. 

Please note: Late arrivals who miss the safety briefing will be refused to take part and their deposit will not be refunded.
