AWARD WINNERS - Visitor Experience of the Year

Cenarth Adventure Centre won the 'Visitor Experience of the Year' category at the prestigious Carmarthenshire Tourism Awards last week. 

 

Neil Fulstow added, “Our customers are used to the high standard of service they receive now and winning this award is an added bonus. We will continue to strive to offer people an ultimate experience when they come to Cenarth Adventure Centre, so they continue to come back time & time again!!”

 

The Best Visitor Experience award was open to any business offering a visitor experience in Carmarthenshire with a purpose of finding which venue provides the 'ultimate visitor experience' in the county.  Judges were looking for commitment to excellence, quality and exceeding customer expectations as well as maintaining this through on-going developments and improvements.  The owners of Cenarth Adventure Centre, Natalie & Neil Fulstow, had to demonstrate how Customer care was paramount in their business.  They were judged on their commitment to achieve excellent first impressions, a friendly welcome and exceptional pursuit of meeting customers' needs.  In addition, effective visitor information, innovative marketing and being part of quality assurance schemes, such as Visit Wale's Accredited Attraction scheme were also important.
