Top Quality Adventure Centre!!
Cenarth Adventure Centre has received the prestigious 'Quality Assured Visitor Attraction' award for offering an excellent experience to all its visitors. The Visitor Attraction Quality Assurance Service undertook a secret inspection of the centre for Visit Wales to assess the centre in all aspects of its delivery of service to visitors. They awarded points for every aspect of their experience from the initial information gathering and booking process to the session briefing and taking part in the activities themselves. The facilities at the centre were also inspected including the new cafe and the expanding array of activities on offer.
Neil Fulstow said, "We have worked really hard during the last year to improve our facilities and add more activities, such as the archery, remote control cars and crafts, so that they work alongside the paintballing and laser combat games to offer 'something for everyone'. We are really pleased to receive this quality award as it is recognition for the hard work all of the staff put in at the centre". The centre, which started as a paintball centre March 2000 was then the first centre in Wales to offer Outdoor Laser Combat in May 2006, which meant for the first time children as young as 5yrs old could run around the woods playing combat games safely like older children. This year the introduction of archery, remote control cars and craft activities at the centre along with the new cafe have really increased the centres family customers and increased the amount of birthday party bookings – hence the name 'Cenarth Adventure Centre'. Offering exciting days out for families is really at the forefront of the centres future developments. When the new toilet / changing facilities and shop are opened next year this will hopefully add to the centre appeal to families. Neil Fulstow added, "With the centre celebrating 10 years in business next March, I'm sure there will be lots to celebrate!!"
