If you are an individual or a group of less than 8 players you will need to phone to check when there are suitable sessions you can join in with.
If you are a group of 8 or more players, decide on what date you would ideally like to play, then phone us to check if the day is available.

Who's Going

A deposit of £5 per person is required to book a game. If organising a group event, you may wish to collect a £5 deposit from all players wanting to play rather than paying the whole deposit yourself. Don't forget for groups of over 10 players there is a Group Discount.

Pay Deposit

You can pay your deposit and book over the phone with a debit card OR to pay your deposit by post, fill in the booking form, print out and post it along with the total deposit cheque(s) or postal order to the address on the form.

We only accept postal deposits 2 weeks prior to the event.

Last minute players

Last minute extra players need to pay the full fee on the day.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot guarantee we will have places left for additional players who turn up on the day, especially during the busy periods (weekends & holidays).

Any junior players

Parents are required to countersign the entry form on the day for juniors aged 5-15 years old. If you are not bringing them to the site yourself (i.e. parties, youth groups and school trips), you can print out the entry form, sign it and send it with your child on the day.  If they forget to bring the form with them and another responsible adult is unable to sign on the day – the child will not be able to play!  Printable entry form

Before you travel

Make sure you plan your journey and leave plenty of time to travel. You should aim to arrive 15 minutes before your session starts.

Please note: Late arrivals who miss the safety briefing will be refused play and their deposit will not be refunded.
